The Bodybuilder's Kitchen is a local Milton Keynes based food business, expanding in 2018 to provide healthy, delicious food for all those interested in eating clean, losing weight, gaining lean muscle and improving health. The Bodybuilder's Kitchen also specializes in Plant Based Nutrition for those wishing to cut animal products out of their diet for whatever reason.

BBK is expanding in 2018. We currently run our business from a food truck in Milton Keynes, based in Bletchley, delivering to the whole of MK and welcoming visitors to our site. Our plans include increasing our trading options to CMK and taking a permanent position in the spring of 2018, which we will announce of our Facebook page.

Whilst BBK has been inspired by the owners interest and passion for bodybuilding and fitness and caters directly for this market, in fact the majority of gym membership owners and fitness fans should have a long hard look at what they are eating and take a leaf out of the bodybuilder's book...

In short The Bodybuilder's Kitchen is NOT just for bodybuilders! We just figured that if were struggling to eat healthy clean food 6 times a day, then everyone else would be too!

The Bodybuilder's Kitchen caters for everyone. The other problem we found in Milton Keynes is the lack of places for healthy eating in general and for plant based nutrition in particular... With the rise in interest, for very good reasons, in the vegan and plant based nutrition lifestyle, we decided to address this with BBK, as we are plant based diet fans ourselves.
What this means is that we cook delicious food that we eat ourselves ALL THE TIME, which means we keep things interesting!
As anyone on a bodybuilding or fitness diet will tell you - it gets BORING, unless you get creative :).
