WHO WE ARE

Richard Ewence and Russell Cole are the Mortgage Advisers at Rosemount Mortgage Planning in Maidstone, providing mortgage solutions from the whole of market. Richard has been working in Financial Services since 1991. He has been dispensing advice on mortgages and ancillary financial products to his own loyal clients in the Maidstone area since the turn of the Millennium. Russell has been working as a Mortgage Adviser in London and Kent area for almost 20 years and offers a wealth of experience and expertise.

WHAT WE DO

Rosemount Mortgage Planning use a carefully selected panel of mortgage lenders to compare mortgage rates, costs, etc to provide the best mortgages for our clients. We are not tied to any lender, bank or estate agent so our clients get specialist mortgage advice that's unbiased and tailored to their individual circumstances and priorities. We have access to a panel of mortgage lenders representing the whole of the market from well known High Street Lenders to some of the lesser-known or specialist lenders that offer their products exclusively through mortgage intermediaries.

We put your needs first and adapt to your schedule to provide advice at a time or place convenient to you.
Of course, arranging the mortgage is only half of the process, as we will also work with you to find a package of mortgage protection products that protects you and your new home whilst fitting in with your own circumstances and budgetary constraints.
