Landlord of 39 Davies Road, West Bridgford: Once again, Royston and Lund were superb! They responded so well to the news that the tenants were leaving in just 2 weeks and energetically got to work to find me a new tenant. Frances visited the property with me and took new photos and Gaynor and Louise kept me fully informed of all enquiries, and the result is that the existing tenant is leaving on Monday and the new tenant is moving in on Wednesday. I am so impressed with the team at R&L - it means that I will be taking in yet another box of chocolates!
