Thermoform Limited Thermoform Limited is a manufacturer of bespoke vacuum and pressure formed plastic packaging, with an impressive 30 year history as an approved supplier to some of the country's best known and most demanding companies.

From our factory in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, this family run business design and create vacuum formed trays, blisters and clams for various industries - confectionery and bakery, toiletry and pharmaceutical, electronic and light engineering, homeware and DIY.

All development and tool making at Thermoform is in-house, combining traditional pattern making skills with the innovative use of CAD CAM technology. Production equipment consists of a bank of the latest fully automatic machines that form, cut and stack in-line a wide range of materials including PVC, PET, HIPS and Polypropylene.

A fully bespoke service means no compromise. Thermoform Limited provide you with effective, creative vacuum formed packaging solutions designed and produced to meet your specific needs.

From the initial brief we will produce 3D drawings and working samples for market and transit testing. At the same time quotations are prepared and advice on material options and manufacturing lead times are offered.
