I called this company to install a solar panel mesh. They charged me £850 for the job. At the time of install I didnt feel the mesh was of good quality it should've been it was some cheep wire from homebase. I was ridiculed that this is best mesh to protect the gaps underneath the solar panels. After completion of the job the next day the pigeons started to reappear in numbers and the mesh had been compromised. I called this company out on 4 separate occasions to fix the issue as it was guaranteed for 10 years. Each time they came out the next day the same issue. Its been almost a year and we haven't had a day of peace with the noise from the pigeons. The company has now started to ignored my phone calls and messages and answerphone messages. Please be careful of this company as they will not do the correct work and charge you and also give you a 10 year gurantee which isn't worth the paper it's written on.
