3 classes run on a monday night :

Little Dragons Kickboxing - A fun way for you child to learn basic martial arts skills whilst enjoying themselves and learning important life skills such as respect for elders, confidence, balance, concentration.

Junior Kickboxing - A fast paced class to keep them on the toes whilst developing kickboxing skills and learning a grading syllabus. Junior kickboxers are taught to respect each other, parents and their instructors.

Mixed Kickboxing - A Junior and adult class mixing beginner and advanced students and working more on the technical side of kickboxing but still having an enjoyable fast paced workout.
