What is coaching? Coaching is a fantastic way of enabling us to achieve our best and reach our maximum potential. Whether we desire a change in our lives, or need to gain more of something which is currently missing, to help us build the lifestyle we want, coaching is a successful way to enable you to achieve all of those desires. Jessica Shields Coaching works in the West Midlands, specifically around the black country area and is based in Wombourne, Wolverhampton. We work alongside individual clients to understand how things are for them currently, and to identify where they would like to be for the short and long term future. We establish goals, develop positive thinking patterns, and begin to remove the barriers to success. Our approach uses both pure coaching techniques and NLP to gain the best outcomes with our clients.
