About us
Entry into all of our museums is free!
Hull's unique Museums Quarter - consisting of Wilberforce House, the Hull and East Riding Museum, Streetlife and the Arctic Corsair trawler - is a great place to start your discovery of historic Hull. But don't forget the Ferens Art Gallery and the Maritime Museum in the city centre, not to mention Hands On History in Trinity Square as well.
You'll find the Museums Quarter on High Street in the heart of the Old Town, on the banks of the River Hull. The old warehouses, merchant dwellings, lanes and pubs nearby all lend their unique flavour to this historic district.
All of our museums are situated in Hull City Centre and are within short walking distance of the bus and train station (Paragon Interchange).
Testimonials are curated by Hull Culture & Leisure Ltd and are not independently reviewed or verified.
"Really enjoyed our visit here. It was great to be able to get onboard the buses and trams and test out the seats. The shops were really nostalgic with a sweet shop, chemists and general store. Loved the signal box with the videos showing how they used to work. Great place and all free which was a real bonus."

"Visited once again with friend from out of town who like myself loved the place! Plenty to see and reminisce about pleasant helpful staff and icing on the cake is the 'horse and carriage simulator ride to york' a must for everyone!! Free to go into and an ideal way to spend a couple of hours"
