Business Profile

What I do .. Self Discovery Empowerment, Wellness, & Change Facilitator, I draw on my 20 years of corporate experience in conjunction with my Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching to help individuals, organisations, teams and businesses be better and happier than they ever thought possible.
I often help people who are faced with a huge change that they may or may not have instigated but either way want to make the very most of.
I also run Wellness and Empowerment workshops for community groups, organisations and private clients all over the East Midlands, in London, The Home Counties and even as far away as New York!
As a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Counselor and Psychotherapist, I also help clients achieve goals ranging from weight loss and smoking cessation to increasing motivation, reducing stress and anxiety or eliminating fears and phobias.
My true passion lies in the power of reconnecting with nature and I compliment my work with ongoing personal development and rejuvenation on outdoor retreats.
