I’m an accredited psychotherapist and trauma specialist. I specialise in helping men and women to grow beyond stress, anxiety, burnout and trauma. I love helping people to process challenging life experiences, cope with daily stressors, and make major shifts in their lives.

As a trauma therapist, I specialise in EMDR therapy – empowering my clients to activate their natural ability to heal and grow. EMDR therapy helps clients to safely and gently get to the root of current difficulties and process distressing experiences. I also offer a talk therapy service, where I focus on empowering my clients to build self-awareness and make changes.
